اكدت مصادر خاصة لموقع “سودان لايف نيوز” بان هنالك تقدم كبير في مفاوضات جدة بين الجيش والدعم السريع. حيث أكد المصدر بان الجولة التي حجب عنها الاعلام ومنه أي تصريح بشأنها أحرزت تقدم كبير قبل ان ترفع جلساتها الغير مباشرة بطلب من وفد الجيش لمزيد من التشاور.
Private sources confirmed to “Sudan Live News” that there has been significant progress in the Jeddah negotiations between the army and the Rapid Support Forces. Where the source confirmed that the tour, which was withheld from the media and any statement about it, made great progress before it lifted its indirect sessions at the request of the army delegation for further consultation.
وقال المصدر بان هنالك مقترح امريكي سعودي طرح للوفدين بطريقة غير مباشرة للتشاور من اجله قبل التوقيع عليه ومن اهم بنوده وقف فوري لإطلاق النار بين الطرفين والانسحاب خارج الخرطوم.
وحسب المصدر فان وفد الدعم السريع وافق على المقترح مع تقديم بعض الملاحظات قد تكون في امكان تجميع القوات ومناطق سيطرتهم الحالية.
The source said that there is an American-Saudi proposal that was presented to the two delegations indirectly for consultation before signing it, and among its most important provisions is an immediate ceasefire between the two parties and withdrawal outside Khartoum.
According to the source, the Rapid Support delegation agreed to the proposal, with some observations that might be possible to assemble the forces and their current areas of control.
وأضاف المصدر بان وفد الجيش طلب مزيد من الوقت للتشاور علما بان التوقيع على هذا المقترح يحتاج لتفويض كامل لتنفيذه وهذا ما دفع وفد الجيش لمغادرة جدة للتشاور.
وقال المصدر بان المرحلة الأولى هي الفصل بين القوتين وخروجهم خارج المدن وعودة الحياة لطبيعتها ونشر لقوات الشرطة لتسهيل وصول المساعدات وعمل فرق الصيانة من كهرباء ومياه والمرحلة الثانية حوار سياسي شامل لرسم خارطة طريق جديدة.
The source added that the army delegation requested more time for consultations, noting that signing this proposal requires a full authorization to implement it, and this prompted the army delegation to leave Jeddah for consultations.
The source said that the first stage is the separation between the two forces, their exit outside the cities, the return of life to normal, and the deployment of police forces to facilitate the arrival of aid and the work of maintenance teams of electricity and water, and the second stage is a comprehensive political dialogue to draw a new road map.
