قالت وسائل إعلام فرنسية، إن الرئيس إيمانويل ماكرون يفكر حالياً في حظر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعى الإلكترونية في إطار مكافحة المزيد من الاضطرابات في فرنسا.
ونقلت محطة تلفزيون ” بى إف إم تى فى ” الإخبارية الفرنسية عن ماكرون قوله الثلاثاء في اجتماع مع رؤساء بلديات في باريس إنه سيكون من الضروري التفكير في استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي من جانب الشباب المحتج وإمكانية فرض حظر محتمل.
French media said that President Emmanuel Macron is currently considering banning electronic social media as part of combating further unrest in France.
French news channel BFMTV quoted Macron as saying on Tuesday at a meeting with mayors in Paris that it would be necessary to think about the use of social networks by protesting youth and the possibility of a possible ban.
وذكر ماكرون “وإذا خرجت الأمور عن نطاق السيطرة، فربما تضطر إلى أن تضع نفسك في وضع يسمح لك بتنظيم (شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي) أو إغلاقها… لا ينبغي أن يتم ذلك بالتأكيد في لحظة الانفعال والغضب ، وأنا مسرور لأننا لم نضطر إلى أن نفعل ذلك”.
وكان الرئيس الفرنسى قد ألقى باللائمة يوم الجمعة الماضية على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في تصعيد العنف خلال الاحتجاجات التى تفجرت ضد وحشية الشرطة فى البلاد
“And if things get out of hand, you may have to put yourself in a position to regulate (social networks) or shut them down… It certainly shouldn’t be done in a moment of anger, and I’m glad we didn’t have to that”.
On Friday, the French president blamed social media for the escalation of violence during protests against police brutality in the country.
وتشهد فرنسا منذ أسبوع غضباً واسعاً، تنديداً بمقتل الشاب نائل (17 عاماً، من أصول جزائرية) برصاصة في الصدر أطلقها شرطي من مسافة قريبة، بذريعة عدم امتثاله لدورية مرور في ضاحية نانتير غرب العاصمة باريس.
وألحقت أعمال شغب ونهب أضراراً وخسائر واسعة لتجار بلغت مليار يورو في العاصمة باريس ومرسيليا ومدن أخرى.
وعلى إثر أعمال الشغب، أعلنت وزارة الداخلية تعبئة 45 ألفاً من قوات الشرطة والأجهزة الأمنية، وأوقفت آلاف الأشخاص.
A week ago, France witnessed widespread anger, condemning the killing of a young man, Nael (17 years old, of Algerian origin), with a bullet in the chest fired by a policeman at close range, under the pretext of not complying with a traffic patrol in the suburb of Nanterre, west of the capital, Paris.
Riots and looting caused widespread damage and losses to merchants amounting to one billion euros in the capital, Paris, Marseille, and other cities.
Following the riots, the Ministry of Interior announced the mobilization of 45,000 police forces and security services, and arrested thousands of people.
