وفد القادة السياسيين يواصل جولة خارجية
يواصل وفد القادة السياسيين الأربعاء جولة خارجية في عديد من العواصم المؤثرة على المشهد السوداني للدفع في اتجاه وقف القتال المتصاعد بين الجيش وقوات الدعم السريع.
وعلمت سودان تربيون أن الجولة التي ابتدرت الاثنين بأوغندا ستشمل تشاد ومصر والسعودية وجنوب السودان.
وقالت مصادر موثوقة لسودان تربيون الثلاثاء إن وفد القادة السياسيين يعتزم الانقسام لفريقين حيث يجري رئيس حركة تحرير السودان- المجلس الانتقالي- الهادي إدريس ورئيس تجمع قوى تحرير السودان الطاهر حجر، الاربعاء محادثات مع القيادة الحاكمة في تشاد.
On Wednesday, the delegation of political leaders continues its foreign tour in several capitals affecting the Sudanese scene to push towards stopping the escalating fighting between the army and the Rapid Support Forces.
Sudan Tribune learned that the tour, which began on Monday in Uganda, will include Chad, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and South Sudan.
Reliable sources told Sudan Tribune on Tuesday that the delegation of political leaders intends to split into two teams, as the head of the Sudan Liberation Movement – the Transitional Council – Al-Hadi Idris and the head of the Sudan Liberation Forces, Al-Taher Hajar, will hold talks with the ruling leadership in Chad on Wednesday.
وبحسب المصادر فإن زيارة الوفد لانجمينا ستستغرق ثلاثة أيام يلتقي خلالها قادة الحركات الرئيس محمد إدريس ديبي لحثه على التدخل لوقف الحرب وتفعيل المبادرة الأفريقية.
وطرح الاتحاد الأفريقي أواخر الشهر الماضي خارطة طريق لإنهاء الأزمة في السودان نصت على الوقف الفوري والدائم والشامل للأعمال العدائية، والاستجابة الإنسانية الفعالة لتداعيات النزاع، مع حماية المدنيين والبنى التحتية المدنية، مع الالتزام الكامل بالقانون الدولي الإنساني، واستكمال العملية السياسية الشاملة بمشاركة جميع الأطراف السودانية، تنتهي بتشكيل حكومة مدنية ديمقراطية.
وبحسب معلومات حصلت عليها سودان تربيون فإن كل من رئيس حركة العدل والمساواة جبريل إبراهيم ورئيس حركة تحرير السودان حاكم إقليم دارفور مني اركو مناوي سيصلان في ذات التوقيت – الاربعاء- إلى تشاد لإجراء محادثات مع المسؤولين هناك.
According to the sources, the delegation’s visit to N’Djamena will take three days, during which the leaders of the movements will meet with President Mohamed Idriss Deby to urge him to intervene to stop the war and activate the African initiative.
Late last month, the African Union put forward a roadmap to end the crisis in Sudan, which stipulated an immediate, permanent and comprehensive cessation of hostilities, and an effective humanitarian response to the repercussions of the conflict, while protecting civilians and civilian infrastructure, with full adherence to international humanitarian law, and completing the comprehensive political process with the participation of all Sudanese parties. It ends with the formation of a democratic civilian government.
According to information obtained by Sudan Tribune, both the head of the Justice and Equality Movement, Jibril Ibrahim, and the head of the Sudan Liberation Movement, the governor of the Darfur region, Moni Arko Minawi, will arrive at the same time – Wednesday – to Chad to hold talks with officials there.
وفي ذات التوقيت سيتوجه وفد آخر من القادة السياسيين الى المملكة العربية السعودية لإجراء محادثات مع القيادة السعودية وإيجاد حلول للأزمة مع بحث استئناف المفاوضات بين الأطراف المتقاتلة من جديد.
وقالت المصادر إن الوفدين سيلتقيان في جنوب السودان بعد محادثاتهما في الرياض وانجمينا ويتوجهان منها إلى مصر .
وأضافت ” تبرز هذه الزيارات أهمية تدخل أصدقاء السودان ودول الجوار الأفريقي لحل المشكلة السودانية”.
وكان وفد رفيع يمثل القوى السياسية الداعمة للديمقراطية الاثنين، وصل الاثنين إلى “عنتبي” وأجرى محادثات مع الرئيس الأوغندي يوري موسيفيني حول تطورات الأوضاع في السودان.
At the same time, another delegation of political leaders will go to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to hold talks with the Saudi leadership and find solutions to the crisis, while discussing the resumption of negotiations between the warring parties again.
The sources said that the two delegations will meet in South Sudan after their talks in Riyadh and N’Djamena, and from there they will head to Egypt.
She added, “These visits highlight the importance of the intervention of Sudan’s friends and African neighboring countries to solve the Sudanese problem.”
On Monday, a high-ranking delegation representing political forces supporting democracy arrived in Entebbe and held talks with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni on developments in Sudan.
وأكد الوفد “أهمية وقف الحرب وإيجاد حل سياسي شامل وعادل يقود لجيش واحد قومي ومهني وحكم مدني ديمقراطي وسلام مستدام” كما شدد على أهمية الدور الأفريقي في الحل”.
ويضم الوفد رئيس حركة تحرير السودان – المجلس الانتقالي الهادي إدريس ورئيس تجمع قوى تحرير السودان الطاهر حجر والقيادي في الحرية والتغيير والتجمع الاتحادي محمد الفكي سليمان، علاوة على عضو مجلس السيادة السابق محمد الحسن التعايشي، ووزير العدل السابق نصر الدين عبد الباري، ورئيس الحركة الشعبية – التيار الثوري الديمقراطي ياسر عرمان، وطه عثمان اسحق ممثلا لتجمع المهنيين والقيادي في الحزب الاتحادي الأصل إبراهيم الميرغني وخالد عمر يوسف ابرز قادة حزب المؤتمر السوداني.
The delegation stressed “the importance of stopping the war and finding a comprehensive and just political solution that leads to a single national and professional army, democratic civil governance and sustainable peace,” and stressed the importance of the African role in the solution.
The delegation includes the head of the Sudan Liberation Movement – the Transitional Council, Al-Hadi Idris, the head of the Sudan Liberation Forces Gathering, Al-Tahir Hajar, the leader in Freedom and Change and the Federal Gathering, Muhammad Al-Faki Suleiman, in addition to the former member of the Sovereignty Council, Muhammad Al-Hassan Al-Ta’aishi, the former Minister of Justice, Nasr Al-Din Abdul-Bari, and the head of the People’s Movement – The Democratic Revolutionary Current, Yasser Arman, Taha Othman Ishaq, representative of the Professionals Association and the leader of the Unionist Party, Ibrahim Al-Mirghani, and Khaled Omar Youssef, the most prominent leaders of the Sudanese Congress Party.
